The Now Card and the Trump Card were the first Prepaid and Post paid Phone Cards sold in the U.S. In 1988 Marvin E. Marshall first implemented his technology for his unique phone card business.

The Trump Card and Now Card were sold directly and through his company Real-Time Services, Inc. starting in late 1988. Mr. Marshall incorporatedhis phone company of Tampa, FL, Real-Time Services, Inc. in early 1989.

Presently in the U.S., prepaid phone cards and the prepaid wireless industry each enjoy a 4 billion dollar annual market for a total of 8 billion dollars each. This market is expected to climb to over 8 billion annually by 2008. Combined with Prepaid Cellular, this is expected to climb to 25 billion annually in the U.S.

The Marshall Royalties projections for past infringements and continuing infringements over the next several years will accumulate to substantial amounts.

Marshall L&L Funding, LLC (L&L Funding) fis the Transaction and Funding arm for the Marshall Patents. The Marshall Patents are assigned and owned by Marshall Patent Holdings, a Texas entity.
